ABC Management does not charge any upfront fees. All advertising and marketing of your investment is included in your management service fee. There are no hidden costs. You pay one fee each month the property is occupied. Give us a call so we can get your investment working for you!

• Full Qualification of tenant prospects
• Field and maintain communication with tenants
• Oversee all owner maintenance upkeep (receipts provided)
• Oversee and report to owner any major expenses or maintenance issues (receipts provided)
• 24-hour emergency service available.
• Provide complete reports showing income and expenses as well as detailed end-of-year reporting for tax purposes.
• Maintain complete move in and move out inspections
• Collect rents and process all rental disbursements to owner
• Routine site inspections (interior and exterior)
• Provide assistance and documentation for evictions and/or any monies due to owner
• Maintain property during vacancy – snow removal, lawn care, and/or utilities.
• Order services on behalf of owner for any repairs and maintenance.
• Automatic deposits to your account upon request
• Transfer utilities between tenants
• No escrow or upfront costs required of owner
• Other services provided as needed
